Check your car's entertainment screen resolution before bying

The Mayton AutoPro X device performs as expected and is a great alternative to other Wireless Android Auto adapters with the additional promise of accessing all your Android apps and content through Samsung Dex. I happen to have a ultra wide screen with a resolution of 1920x720. Wireless Android Auto works like a charm, but Samsung Dex does NOT support this resolution and will display streched on the screen which makes it barely usable in that mode. You can check Samsung Dex supported resolutoin on Samsung's support site and I highly recommend you check if your car screen's resolution is listed or not before buying

autoProx , samsung S23 ultra and Hyundai Palisade -

I had high hope for the samsung Dex app to be able to use the large 12 in screen on my hyundai Palisade, instead of the 6 inc of my samsung s23 ultra. Samsung Dex works but the pictures do not fill the screen and also are so DISTORTED, and not high resolution as the one on the phone. Furthermore the icons are so small , I have to focus very hard in finding and touching them. The sounds also are not quite clear and loud.

Happy with the product. I like that you guys are doing firmware upgrades. Samsung dex in my opinion needs more tweaking but also smart view works and I love that has the extended screen . Keep on the good work . It would be great if on smart view mirror would allow touch. It looks like it struggles to work but with the trackpad or mouse is great . Overall I'm happy.
