- Refund/Exchange Conditions
MAYTON (“we”, “us”, or “our”) accepts refunds or exchanges for MAYTON products (“Products”) that are eligible for refund (as defined in the general sales terms of MAYTON) within 30 days from the date of receipt.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized according to individual preferences (as determined by applicable laws) or to other products that cannot be returned as notified at the time of order (“Non-returnable Products”).
We only allow exchanges for the same product (same price/same color) in a different size. If you wish to exchange for a different item or a different color, please request a refund and place a new order online.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all related accessories, documents (such as product descriptions, product warranties), and protective packaging, including the original tag and label attached to the product, in the same condition as when it was received, i.e., unchanged, unused, and undamaged.
Incomplete, deteriorated, used, damaged, or soiled products cannot be returned.
The above terms do not affect your right to withdraw/cancel your order under the general sales terms.
- Refund/Exchange Procedure
To request a refund for a product, you must follow these steps:
Visit https://www.maytonofficial.com, log in to your account, go to your order history, select the product you wish to return, and complete the refund form by indicating the quantity and reason for the return.

To request an exchange for a product, please contact our customer service center.
You will receive a confirmation email for your refund/exchange request and instructions on how to return the product to our logistics warehouse or the nearest store.
To prevent damage, please pack the product for return or exchange and place it in its original packaging inside the original shipping box you received.
For return, create a return shipping label form included in the package and provide three copies to the shipping company. The following information must be included: size, return quantity, unit price of each item, total price of all items being returned, return authorization number (which you can find in the return form confirmed in your account or via email), name, and signature.
Attach the prepaid shipping label included in the original shipping box to the label on the outside of the box and seal the box securely. If you have lost the label, please contact our customer service center for assistance. If you do not use the return label, we are not responsible for any theft or loss during shipping.
For pick-up, please visit the shipping company's website or contact our customer service center. Alternatively, you can bring the product to a nearby drop-off location.
For products requested for refund or exchange, they must be returned within 14 days from the date of your request.
- Refund/Exchange
Once we receive the product requested for refund or exchange, we will confirm whether it meets the conditions for refund/exchange under Article 1 and proceed with the refund or exchange under the assumption that the conditions are met.
You are solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from the handling of the product, which is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original payment method to the original purchaser, excluding shipping costs. For cash refunds, the refund may be made by bank transfer if possible, for shipping paid by cash.
