Mayton Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mayton" or "the Company") strictly adheres to domestic privacy laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act, from service planning to completion. 1. Meaning of Personal Information Processing Policy Mayton has made efforts to explain the status of user personal information processing within Mayton as easily and in detail as possible, based on the Personal Information Protection Act, by introducing the "Plain Language Privacy Policy" principle that uses easy-to-understand language. The Personal Information Processing Policy has the following important meanings. Mayton transparently provides information related to the "life cycle of personal information," such as what information Mayton collects, how it uses the collected information, who it shares ("entrusts or provides") it with if necessary, and when and how it destroys information that has achieved its purpose. As an information subject, the user is informed of their rights regarding their personal information and how to exercise them. In addition, the rights that legal representatives (parents, etc.) can exercise to protect the personal information of children under the age of 14 are also provided. 2. Collected Personal Information Users can use most Mayton services, such as searching for information and viewing news, without registering as a member. If a user registers as a member to use personalized or membership services, such as email, calendar, cafe, and blog, Mayton collects the minimum personal information necessary for service use. The personal information that Mayton collects from users at the time of membership registration is as follows: For mandatory items, Mayton collects the user's ID, password, name, date of birth, gender, and mobile phone number, and for optional items, the user's email address for identity verification. However, if the user registers without a password, Mayton collects the user's ID, name, date of birth, and mobile phone number as mandatory items and password as an optional item.
